Bon voyage! Halifax looks amazing. I miss the sea!!

& yeah, I think now is a bad time to buy w/ interest rates + a lot of markets being kinda overvalued (then again, people have been predicting a pop for years & it hasn't come... idk, if I saw the right place, I'd make a move but not super motivated + not 100% committed to Toronto).
