off the bandwagon

Slipped in the shower this morning, landed on my hands and butt, slicing my big toe on the tap and popping the shoulder out for the first time in three months or so.

Such a waste. I hope I'm not officially back to square 1.

I want to punch something, but I know that's asking for trouble.

Makes me want to go to Zellers and buy one of those anti-slip mats for the tub. No more hip breakages for me!

Sounds like a plan -- and get one involving a strong glue or a rubbery mesh, rather than those suction cup ones. I had a suction cup thing and it slipped out from under me (it had done so before without consequence, and I was lazy about replacing it... yarg).
