Busy week, busy weekend ahead. Not ready to be claimed by sleep yet, not entirely lucid or breathing either.
Looking at work, school, love, the future: deferred payment for work, deferred decisions for school, deferred everything. But while the big answers lurk far away, I’m enjoying the little stuff now.
We got two new Dells at work today. One was walking wounded, with a flaky graphics card, and one was DOA. They’re going to send us instructions on how to start the return process by the middle of next week. This on computers that if we’d just needed help, we were supposed to get it by the next business day. Ugh.
My concierge bailed me out at 10:30 when I lost my keys today, even though she didn’t need to according to the building policy. So humanity’s doing well in my books today. If you see my keys, let me know :)
