me + keys = happiness

With the help of a co-worker and a security guard, got into the room where I left my keys. I am back to my usual level of completeness. Had a good long cultural exchange over coffee.

I will not trust other people’s roommates to give phone messages. I will try occasionally to find out if they’re arriving if nobody calls back. Refusing to let logistics muck with heart strings.

I realize the ridiculousness of it all and enjoy it, in a perverse kind of way: so long as I know I can get off the merry-go-round without being launched into the fence.

I don’t think quite this way when not journalling...
