rawr, I feel ready to dive in...

The big paper that’s been plaguing me is starting to take shape... my image tech duties are almost done with and I can switch into writer/proof-reader soon, which just feels more like what I should be doing.

It’s coming together and I think it’ll be worth reading when we’re done.
