I am everywhere, and most of them are me (unlike all the unbeables who keep giving your e-mail address) ;). That article started out in the AGM programme but it seems to have many uses!
I still have trouble getting from "make functional railroad" to "make me a lot of money" on 18xx, but I feel like it's coming (and I'm not sure if 1846 counts as training wheels or a good place to learn there, but partial capitalization seems like an intuitive way to do things to me compared to 1830-style capitalization).
