Welcome to the world, Oscar Bruce Hortop! He was born last night at 11:15 at the Maison de Naissance de l'Outaouais; baby and family are back home, healthy and in good spirits.

There'll be pictures when we have the spoons to get them off the camera, but in the meantime he was a healthy 3340 grams at birth, and 53 centimetres long.
