Cooked and ate good food (improvised a hot cobb-salad-like thing, made chocolate-walnut cookies), got up to date on homework (almost — I’m out of practice on integrals, I should really break out a copy of Schaum’s Integral Calculus and deal with that... but when?), had a whole class of post-mortem on the killer Real Analysis test (on which I scored exactly average), procrastinated on fixing bike (out of true) and shoulder (achy, tight and threatening), drank coffee (good dark roast), was courted by National Geographic and the FEUQ affiliation referendum committee (Nat. Geo. wants me to spend even more time than I already do reading nonwork stuff and the FEUQ-ites don’t know that I’m a grad student and have no say in undergrad politics anymore... but for all you undergrads, they’re a big improvement on ASSÉ...) thought about stuff, wrote this.
