metawidgetGetting over the last of a cold and hoping I'm not contagious, keeping more or less on top of stuff (although I'm going to have to be careful to stay that way in the weeks to come), going to be pretty consistently in the city for the forseeable future.
Tai Chi is challenging and fun... the teacher, Roger, seemed aloof the first week, but he warms up quickly, and my body is getting used to keeping my kidneys over my heels and my knees over my toes... parts of the forms are even starting to settle in.
Not much time to update, but I am doing great, and I am one lucky boy.
