Rooms to sublet

2 rooms to sublet for the summer in a downtown/Westmount apartment, one immediate, one for July, both until the end of August. If you'd like the place for longer, the landlord is taking applications for when the lease turns over.

It's a 4 1/2 on the 4th (top) floor of an established building on Ste Catherine and Kensington (90/24 buses, Atwater and Lionel Groulx metros). Three bedrooms (one is an adapted living room). Hardwood floors, big windows in all the rooms, laundry in the basement, roof access. Pets OK, lots of closet space, real kitchen with space for a small dining room table.

The rent for each room is $371, the share of bills on top of that are about $25 for phone (long distance in Canada incl.) and Internet (DSL basic) and about $12 for hydro.

um... so how much is the total rent, all told? and how much would it be after the lease turns over?

i doubt that i can afford a 4.5, but it would be nice... and exactly the area i want to be in!

All told, it's 1112, going up to 1139 on Sept 1. One bedroom should be occupied until Aug 1, the other real bedroom until Jul 1, and the converted living room should be free very soon.

Alas, that is indeed more than I can afford.
I don't really do roommates, otherwise I'd at least come take a look... oh well.
