Re-bikeified

I have my bike back, fixed up, trued and such.

Everything is better with a bike.

I've got to learn to do some more stuff myself, as the two weeks without wheels was painful.

Actually, most bike work is pretty easy. The only work that is really tricky is re-spoking and truing. Too easy to break a spoke. It takes a bike stand to do a proper job of truing, but in a pinch, a minor truing can be done with the bike upside down. The book I have on bike repair is "Glenn's Complete Bicycle Manual" Amazon have this and the "New" version. I'd recommend it.
